Deathstalker II
Ah, someone has finally written the extensive, detailed review that this movie so richly deserved.
Deathstalker II is one of the finest B-rated Conan-type knockoff movies to be released.
It was filmed in Argentina to save on budget, and it shows. The actors aren’t getting paid enough to take it seriously, and the sets and even some footage are ripped directly from other bad movies in the genre. The soundtrack consists of the same song played over and over. The bad guys are played by the same four Argentinians in different costumes. There is one sound effect that is used for EVERYTHING.
It’s completely AWESOME. It’s one of the few DVD’s I own.
