Ominous Storm
phil | June 7, 2008This storm passed over our house the other week - it looked pretty impressive.
Usually the weather doesn’t get too extreme in Blacksburg, due to the moderating effect the mountains have. This particular storm didn’t do too much here, but it did drop a pretty destructive tornado in Roanoke, about 40 miles to the east, later in the evening.
